Geram Grrrrrrrrrrr

Post ari ni tajuk die GERAM Grrrrr... dah knp tba2 geram kan....haisshhhh sakit ati bila difikirkan balik... tak de lah td saya pergi laa 1 bank ni... nak settle kan ASB TAPI almost 2 hours saya tunggu punya tunggu tiba2 die cakap ASB offline ari ni..dari tadi saya tanya die cakap 2pm... so i'm juz wait for nothing... it's really really bad service... dah la customer servis nye senyum pon idok...muka macam TENUK dah... end of the day saya balik tanpa sebarang urusan... dah laa terpaksa masuk ofis lambat semata-mata tunggu benda yang tak pasti... MENYAKITKAN HATI LAAAAA... nasib boss xde... saya mmg tak kan jejak kan kaki kat bank tu dah... dengan sistem pengurusan yg nth ape2 nth... customer ramai so u should hire laa staff ramai sikit..ni tak biarkan je kaunter tu kosong... and U as a customer service U should go for grooming and communication class... Saya dulu customer service gak tapi be professional laaa... even stress mana pon kita keje, bz mana pon u kena jaga customer satisfaction... not your own satisfaction..keje asal siap pastu cukup time balik... WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! moral of the story: PLZ RESPECT EACH OTHER.. EVEN TAK KENAL PON.. IF U RESPECT ME AND WILL GIVE MORE RESPECT TO U
